VP of Marketing Department: Marketing Employment Type: Full Time Location: Blue Bell, PA Reporting To: Executive Leadership Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000 / year Description A privately held home services platform based in the Philadelphia suburbs is hiring a VP of Marketing to lead its in house marketing team. The business runs a portfolio of residential roofing companies alongside a fast growing coaching, mastermind, and events brand, so this leader owns both demand generation for the operating companies and the corporate brand that brings new partners in the door. The team is small, talented, and young in tenure, and it currently reports straight to ownership, so the first job is to be the leader and the intermediary they have been missing. This is a hands on seat with a direct line to executive leadership and a real voice in where the company goes next. Key Responsibilities Lead the in house marketing team day to day across content, copywriting, and paid search Build the marketing plan and hold the team accountable to what gets done against it each day Own lead generation for a portfolio of residential roofing brands Build the corporate and executive brand that drives attendance to shop tours, masterminds, conferences, and coaching Set direction across PPC, SEO, social media, and YouTube, and get more eyeballs on the content already being produced Manage up to ownership, bring recommendations instead of waiting for direction, and stand behind them Report on marketing performance and tie spend to leads, sold jobs, and partner growth Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Track record leading and developing an in house marketing team, agency or in house background both welcome Working knowledge of PPC, SEO, social media, and video or YouTube growth, enough to direct specialists and judge the work Proven people leader who starts the hard conversation instead of avoiding it Comfortable managing up to a high expectation founder and operating in a fast paced, high energy environment Strategic and hands on, willing to get into the work alongside the team Able to work in office in the Philadelphia area Home services, roofing, or multi brand portfolio marketing experience is a plus, not a requirement Benefits Base salary of $100,000 to $140,000 depending on experience Annual performance based compensation award Equity participation available for the right candidate Medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off Direct access to ownership and a seat in leadership conversations A platform that has grown fast and is pushing to be the premier name in its space #J-18808-Ljbffr Hire Right Recruiting
