1st Shift Sorter

Location: South Beloit, IL
Pay: $17.75/hr
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday–Friday (Fridays as needed)
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

We are currently hiring a 1st Shift Sorter for a temp-to-hire opportunity in South Beloit, IL. This position involves sorting materials in an outdoor work environment that is covered but exposed to varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

Sort and separate materials according to company guidelines
Inspect materials for quality and accuracy
Keep work areas clean and organized
Follow all safety procedures and work instructions
Assist with additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Ability to work in an outdoor environment and tolerate changing weather conditions
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or sorting experience is a plus

Candidates must be dependable and willing to work Fridays as needed. This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking long-term employment through a temp-to-hire position.
