What You’ll Own Full‑cycle recruiting for RBTs and BCBAs : Own the entire pipeline end‑to‑end – from posting to sourcing to screening to offer. Use LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, Facebook groups, and outbound outreach to build strong pipelines and keep every high‑quality candidate moving. Partnership with BCBAs & Ops to keep cases staffed : Understand real case needs (schedule, location, clinical profile), re‑staff quickly when gaps appear, add hours to existing RBT schedules, and keep kids from waiting weeks for therapy. Keep the system clean & visible : Maintain accurate, real‑time recruitment metrics and clean dashboards so we always know: who’s in process, how long they’ve been there, weekly interview volume, offers, and time‑to‑hire. Provide instant visibility to leadership, no guessing, no manual digging. What You’ll Need ABA recruiting experience : 2+ years hiring RBTs/BCBAs in ABA; skilled with job boards, ATS systems (Ashby), resume search, and outbound sourcing; strong written and verbal communication.
