Senior Digital Media Specialist - Level20

As a senior digital media specialist at Level20, you’ll support the development and execution of performance-driven media campaigns for new products being brought to market. In this role, you'll lead campaign execution across core digital channels including search, affiliate, display, and social, ensuring efforts are aligned to acquisition goals and optimized for scale. You'll work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager as well as analytics, creative partners, and vendors to guide media planning, define testing roadmaps, and drive measurable results. Acting as the channel expert, you'll own day-to-day campaign management and make real-time optimizations based on performance. At Level20 ( and Progressive’s growth incubator, we fuel growth for the company through the exploration and development of new-to-market products. Our team has the backing of Progressive, which gives us access to a larger resource pool than a traditional start-up. This is a hybrid role in downtown Cleveland OH (Office Location: 800 W Saint Clair Ave STE 200, Cleveland, Ohio 44113) with free parking. Work-from-home-days are possible for this position (Monday and Friday).
