The Plumbing Estimator/Project Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and estimating plumbing projects primarily within commercial and industrial sectors. This position involves detailed cost estimation, comprehensive project planning, and ensuring seamless communication among clients and vendors. The role requires managing budgets, assessing risks, negotiating contracts, and maintaining compliance and quality control throughout project lifecycles. Regular travel to project sites, often weekly to monthly, is expected to ensure effective on-site management and oversight.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for plumbing projects
• Develop and manage detailed project plans and schedules
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in plumbing estimation and project management

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Certification as a Master Plumber
• Proficiency with construction estimating software
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and project management
• Expertise in budgeting, problem solving, and compliance standards
• Excellent communication and time management skills
