Products feature hand-wiped stains or painted finishes, smooth catalyzed varnish, hand-milled dovetailed drawers, and doors made in-house, with options for glass and various hardware choices. Cabinets are branded with the Spencer name as a mark of quality and are delivered using protective heavy furniture pads to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Role Description The Cabinet Sales role is a full-time, on-site position located in Monroe, WA. This role is responsible for guiding customers through the cabinet selection process, including product education, design options, pricing, and order completion. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotes, entering and tracking orders, and coordinating with production and delivery teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment. The role involves maintaining showroom displays, building strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, and designers, and providing ongoing support before and after the sale. The Cabinet Sales professional will also participate in training activities, learn product specifications in detail, and contribute feedback to improve sales processes and customer experience. Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interactions with customers, colleagues, and partners. Experience with Cabinet Vision or 20/20 drawing programs Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and building positive long-term relationships. Demonstrated Sales skills, such as consultative selling, lead follow-up, and closing orders in a detail-oriented environment. Experience in Training or coaching, either supporting customer education or helping teammates understand products and processes. Background in Sales Management or leadership within a sales setting is beneficial, especially in building and maintaining a sales pipeline. Comfort using basic office and sales software (e.g., CRM systems, order entry tools, email, and spreadsheets).
