The Independent Operator Role The Independent Operator (IO) is a hands‑on, entrepreneurial role where individuals take ownership of their Grocery Outlet store. Key Responsibilities: Store Operations : Oversee daily store functions, including inventory management, compliance, and financial oversight to ensure profitability and growth.
