What You ll Do

• Provide neonatal care in Level II NICUs and newborn nurseries across four hospitals
• Attend deliveries and provide immediate newborn care (no transport responsibilities)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatricians, and advanced practice providers
• Function with a high level of autonomy supported by in-house coverage and backup on-call neonatologists
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Maintain compliance with clinical and hospital policies

What You Need

• Valid Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification and Florida RN license
• Minimum of 2 years neonatal care experience (preferred)
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
