Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Inverness, FL
Location: Inverness, Florida
Position Type: Full-Time (40 Hours Per Week)
Pay: Hourly pay starting at $44 (Negotiable depending on years of experience)

Soliant Health is partnering with a supportive school district in Inverness, Florida, to hire a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming school year. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work in a collaborative school setting where you'll help students strengthen their communication skills and achieve academic success.

Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations for students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation.
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment for students.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active or eligible Florida SLP license.
- Florida Department of Education certification (or ability to obtain if required).
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
- Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
