Location: Inverness, Florida

Position Type: Full-Time (40 Hours Per Week)

Pay: Hourly pay starting at $44 (Negotiable depending on years of experience)

Soliant Health is partnering with a supportive school district in Inverness, Florida, to hire a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming school year. Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations for students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation.
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Foster a positive and engaging learning environment for students.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active or eligible Florida SLP license.
• Florida Department of Education certification (or ability to obtain if required).
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
