Senior Market Development Specialist, Coronary Renal Denervation - San Antonio, TX

Medtronic seeks a Senior Market Development Specialist to drive market adoption of renal denervation therapy across Texas regions. The role combines commercial strategy, stakeholder engagement, and clinical education to expand patient access to hypertension treatment through hospital systems and physician networks.
Responsibilities
- Execute and pilot market development strategy aligned with organizational renal denervation launch objectives
- Engage cardiologists, nephrologists, hospital administrators, and other stakeholders to build clinical awareness and support
- Plan clinical data discussions and program initiatives to streamline patient care pathways
- Manage local budget allocation for awareness and pilot activities
- Collaborate with sales, clinical, and reimbursement teams to identify and address customer needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus 4+ years marketing, program development, sales, or sales support experience
- Advanced degree with 2+ years relevant professional experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Healthcare marketing or medical device/pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
- Experience in cardiovascular hospital settings or program coordination valued
