Role Registered Nurse providing professional, technical nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation). Responsibilities Promote a cooperative work environment through communication and team building Educate patients and families Create a safe and therapeutic environment Ensure accurate and timely documentation Administer medications and IVs safely Take personal responsibility for performance and professional growth Deliver quality care throughout the patient episode Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing school Current Basic Life Support certification Valid Texas nursing license or eligibility At least six months RN experience Skills Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and clinical skills to support exemplary patient care and a positive work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
