Ability to float as needed within skillset. Willingness to work weekends every other week. Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a Progressive Care Unit. The position offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to care for patients. This role requires strong critical thinking and clinical skills. Candidates will be responsible for assessing patient needs and developing care plans. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is essential for this role. Maintaining high standards of care and patient safety is a top priority. The RN will document all care provided and support patient education. Candidates must be adaptable and ready to assist where needed.
