Multi-Family Operations Lead — Third-Party Partner Oversight

Bonaventure Senior Living seeks an experienced Multi-Family Operations Manager to lead owner-side oversight of external property management partners across a multi-family portfolio. You will ensure partners execute business plans, deliver strong resident experiences, and meet financial and operational targets.
