Litigation Associate

Litigation Attorney (Fully Remote) - Boston
This role is ideal for an attorney seeking sophisticated civil litigation work with flexibility and autonomy, while collaborating closely with a senior attorney. The practice includes business, real estate, employment, and select injury matters.
The attorney will take on meaningful responsibility across all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, analyzing evidence, and supporting case strategy from intake through resolution. Responsibilities also include client communication, coordinating with paralegals, and assisting with depositions and hearings.
Qualifications:
Mid-level attorney with strong business/commercial litigation experience (Massachusetts preferred)
Strong knowledge of state and federal civil procedure rules
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Excellent writing, analytical, and organizational skills
Experience with tools like NetDocs, CLIO, and e-discovery platforms is a plus
