Job Description

Senior Engineering Manager, PwC US Consulting LLP, Florham Park, NJ. Develop, design, and implement scalable and secure cloud architectures with a focus on critical performance and cost efficiency optimizations for mission critical environments. Architect and execute advanced Al infrastructure strategies for integrating and optimizing LLMs to address complex high-impact applications. Manage offshore and onshore developers through task breakdown, project management, prioritization, and alignment of work to resource capabilities. Assist clients with comprehensive performance, optimization and tuning initiatives for high severity issues. Drive latency reduction and system efficiency improvements. Work with cross-functional teams to address severe problems, implement innovative solutions, and enhance system architecture and operations. Supervise and coach teams.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, plus 6 years of related work experience, of which 5 years must be post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.

In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, plus 4 years of related work experience.

Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:

• Designing and implementing robust, secure IT systems that support business operations;

• Utilizing Al and machine learning tools, including VLLM, Hugging Face, Llama, and Al Ops;

• Reducing software threats by integrating development, operations and security industry leading practices;

• Creating and implementing scalable and secure cloud infrastructure from the ground up; and

• Utilizing AWS cloud technologies such as EC2, S3, RDS, and GCP.

50% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.

Travel requirement(s): Domestic and/or international travel up to 75 % required.
