We are currently seeking a Business Analysis Advisor to join our team in New Jersey, New Jersey (US‑NJ), United States (US). Job Description Summary: Professional with experience across large banking institutions supporting CCAR FRY‑14Q & FRY‑14A Regulatory functional and data requirements. Data Requirements includes identifying data attributes, data discovery, data lineage. Functional Requirements include summarizing the reporting requirements per schedule. Experienced in partnering with Finance & Technology, and Chief Data Office teams to strengthen governance frameworks, improve data traceability and attestation, and support remediation of regulatory and control issues. Responsibilities Understanding of CCAR regulatory reporting instructions and data elements Gathering regulatory reporting business requirements Translating business requirements into functional requirements Designing the regulatory reporting solution architecture system specifications Documentation of data requirements using the report instructions Business requirement document Working with data providers / system owners to identify the attribute available in source system – Data gap analysis Documenting the mapping of source system attributes with the data requirements Functional requirement document Working with Data Management team to hand over the requirements Perform the data assessment to make sure it meets the requirements Fit for purpose analysis Executing the testing to reconcile the data with expected results Testing summary and evidence Document the reporting rules for Axiom using data dictionary Functional requirements document Perform reconciliation of Axiom outcome with current production process – Testing summary and evidence Support UAT and production deployment for end‑to‑end automation About NTT DATA NTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
