Facilities Maintenance Technician

- Oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensuring building systems and infrastructure remain fully operational and production-ready.
- Manage and maintain critical systems, including HVAC, electrical, compressed air, and other essential utilities.
- Coordinate and oversee third-party vendors, ensuring all services meet B+S quality and performance standards.
- Maintain and monitor site security systems, access controls, and overall safety compliance.
- Partner closely with production, assembly, and quality teams to support facility-related needs and minimize operational disruptions.
- Lead small-scale infrastructure projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
- Ensure full compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and fire safety standards.
- Maintain accurate facility documentation, preventative maintenance schedules, and reporting metrics.

Required Skills & Experience
• Mechanically inclined; enjoy working with your hands
• Good hand/eye coordination.
• Good mechanical ability.
• Able to identify components
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Background in a machine shop or manufacturing is a plus


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing facility management.
• Strong technical understanding of building systems and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on, solution oriented, and able to balance daily tasks with long term planning.
