Oversee the creation and management of multi-channel campaigns across SEO, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), social media marketing, email marketing, and display advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Advertising. Utilize SEO tools and keyword research techniques to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic through content optimization and technical SEO enhancements. Lead content creation efforts including copywriting, graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite, and content management system (CMS) updates on platforms like WordPress. Implement conversion optimization tactics by analyzing user behavior with Google Analytics and performance marketing data to refine landing pages, calls-to-action, and overall user experience. Manage marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and improve customer retention strategies across e-commerce and B2B channels. Monitor campaign performance metrics regularly, generate detailed reports on ROI and KPIs, and adjust strategies accordingly for maximum impact. Requirements Proven experience in digital marketing leadership roles with a strong track record of developing successful multi-channel campaigns. Deep understanding of SEO tools, SEM practices including Google AdWords/Google Ads management, Facebook Advertising, and social media management platforms. Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and experience interpreting data to inform strategic decisions. Skilled in content creation—copywriting, graphic design (Adobe Photoshop), video editing (Adobe Creative Suite)—and content management systems like WordPress or similar platforms. Expertise in conversion optimization techniques to enhance user experience and increase engagement rates. Strong knowledge of marketing automation systems to execute targeted email campaigns and nurture leads effectively. Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead teams of marketers, designers, developers, and external vendors toward common goals. Exceptional communication skills with an eye for detail; capable of translating complex data into clear insights for stakeholders.
