Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager & Live Commerce Creator who lives and breathes wellness culture, creates scroll-stopping content, and knows how to build and grow engaged communities across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms . You’ll be responsible for managing DryWater’s social presence, creating compelling content, hosting TikTok and Instagram Live shopping events, growing our audience, working with influencers and affiliates, and turning engagement into brand awareness and sales. You’ll be responsible for managing DryWater’s social presence, creating compelling content, hosting TikTok and Instagram Live shopping events, growing our audience, working with influencers and affiliates, and turning engagement into brand awareness and sales. Responsibilities Develop and execute DryWater’s social media strategy across all major platforms Create, capture, edit, and publish engaging short-form and long-form content Host regular TikTok Live and Instagram Live sessions to educate, entertain, engage customers, and drive sales Grow followers, engagement, reach, and community across all social channels Create and manage the social content calendar aligned with campaigns and product launches Monitor analytics and continuously optimize content performance Respond to comments, DMs, and community interactions in a timely, on-brand manner Manage, organize, and repurpose user-generated content (UGC)Capture behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, team, and product content Collaborate with influencers, affiliates, creators, photographers, and the creative team Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and viral opportunities Provide regular reporting on audience growth, engagement, Live performance, and overall social KPIs What You Bring 2–4+ years of social media experience for a CPG, wellness, or health-focused brand Experience creating high-performing content for TikTok and Instagram Comfortable and confident on camera, including hosting TikTok Live and Instagram Live Strong video shooting and editing skills Excellent understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and community building Strong taste, creativity, work ethic, and attention to detail Passion for health, wellness, fitness, and living the DryWater lifestyle Perks & Benefits Competitive Compensation: $70,000 annual salary Performance-based bonus opportunities Free DryWater products Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and company holidays Professional development opportunities Complimentary access to local gyms and fitness studios A fast-growing, collaborative, and mission-driven team Location: This is a full-time, in-person position based at DryWater’s headquarters in Irvine, California . #J-18808-Ljbffr DryWater
