Why This Role Matters The Agent Commission Services Representative is responsible for processing agent and agency commission and agent maintenance to ensure accurate and timely completion of transactions. The position focuses primarily on commission handling and supports other related agent maintenance tasks as part of the sales operations team for a new internal administrative platform. Key Responsibilities Process and review agent and agency commission to determine accuracy and completeness. Enter data into the system, confirm corrections and ensure timely handling. Maintain knowledge of financial product information, internal processes and regulatory requirements. Assist with processing other types of maintenance and withdrawal transactions as needed. Provide information regarding agent commissions and agent maintenance to internal teams and agents/back‑offsices. Resolve outstanding issues in collaboration with internal teams and agents/back‑offsices. Participate in special projects as required. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of agent commission or customer service experience (preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience within an office environment. Strong problem‑solving skills and experience working in a fast‑paced environment. Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills. Strong working knowledge of the annuity market, with specific focus on fixed, fixed‑indexed and variable annuities. Compensation The total annual compensation ranges from $48,000 in the lowest market to $50,000 in the highest market. Pay is based on location and may vary with job‑related knowledge, skills and experience.
