Job Summary: Leasing Agent is responsible for leasing office and industrial buildings to new and existing clients. Job Duties: Meet with new and existing clients to determine their space needs Make presentations to prospects and real estate brokers Prepare written proposals, leases, amendments, etc. Negotiate lease terms and conditions Coordinate interior design planning and construction estimating with new and existing clients Review vacant spaces and recommend alterations or demo for the vacancies based on market conditions. Work with other SJP Departments to ensure clients\' needs and requirements are met Maintain relationships with existing clients to promote renewal of leases Participate in networking, industry and community events to market the company Roles and Responsibilities: Leasing Representatives are sales professionals responsible for ensuring that our buildings are leased and generating the maximum possible revenue for our company. They work directly with our existing clients, potential clients, and real estate brokers to lease all properties in our portfolio. They are the representatives of our company who interact with the public at various levels and must be articulate and professional at all times.
