Material Handler / Forklift Operator

People Plus is hiring a Material Handler / Forklift Operator for a manufacturing facility in Princeton, KY. This role supports production by safely moving parts, operating a forklift, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Pay: Starting at $15/hour
Schedule:

• Nights: 10 : 30 PM – 7 : 00 A M
• Shifts may change based on business needs
• Must be available to work weekends

Job Duties:

• Move, place, and log parts into containers and systems
• Operate a forklift as needed
• Follow safety rules, PPE requirements, and work procedures
• Maintain good housekeeping and report safety concerns
• Support continuous improvement and team operations

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable attendance and flexibility with shifts
