Overview Our client is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support a luxury residential construction project in Fort Myers. This is a high-visibility role ideal for a detail-oriented and motivated professional looking to grow into a Project Manager position while gaining exposure to both field and office operations. Key Responsibilities Support the PM and field team with submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and procurement tracking Maintain and track logs (submittals, RFIs, change orders, permits, inspections, closeout items) Assist with buyout processes, scope comparisons, and subcontract documentation Coordinate with accounting, subcontractors, and internal teams on contracts and pay applications Support punch list completion, closeout documentation, O&M manuals, and turnover readiness Qualifications Experience as a Project Engineer, APM, or Project Coordinator with a GC or CM firm Exposure to multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, or commercial construction projects Strong organizational and multitasking skills across multiple project workflows Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Excel Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Equal Employment Opportunity: HireVenture is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
