About the Position

Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT/MLS) – Travel Contract Location: Berlin, Vermont, 05602 Contract Length: 20 Weeks
Start Date: March 30, 2026
Schedule: 36 Hours/Week
Shift: 12-Hour Rotating (Days/Nights) | 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM Weekly Pay:  $1,800 – $2,250/week Job Overview We are seeking an experienced  Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT/MLS)for a travel assignment in Vermont. The ideal candidate must have strong  Blood Bank experience , phlebotomy skills, and the ability to perform high-complexity laboratory testing. Key Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing in Blood Bank, Chemistry, Hematology, and Urinalysis
• Conduct high-complexity testing including  microscopy and immunohematology
• Collect blood samples and perform  phlebotomy
• Analyze, verify, and document laboratory results accurately
• Maintain quality control standards and operate laboratory equipment
• Document results in  Epic EMR and communicate critical values

• Minimum 2 years of laboratory experience
• Blood Bank experience required
• Phlebotomy skills required
• Ability to perform high-complexity testing
• Epic experience within the last 2 years required
• Prior travel experience preferred

• Rotating shift schedule
• Typically 2 day shifts and 1 night shift per week (Saturday night)
• Must be flexible with shift rotations
