Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,084–$2,177 per week Guaranteed hours: 36 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Location: Glendive, MT Facility type: Long‑term care nursing home Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech‑language pathology evaluations and swallow assessments for residents Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing communication, cognition, and swallowing safety Provide direct therapy in individual and small‑group formats; document progress and adjust goals as needed Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to align care plans (nursing, therapy, physicians) Manage feeding and swallowing interventions, including texture modification and safety for meals Participate in discharge planning and family/caregiver education; maintain accurate documentation Requirements Active state license in Speech‑Language Pathology or eligible for licensure Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program ASHA CCC‑SLP preferred (or eligible for certification) Experience providing SLP services in acute care or long‑term care settings; travel experience preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills; ability to work within an interdisciplinary team Benefits and Support Dedicated recruiter and travel support throughout the assignment Credentialing assistance to facilitate onboarding Housing assistance available (where applicable) Nationwide assignments available Extension opportunities for eligible assignments On-call and on‑site support during the assignment
