Site Manager in Training: Lead, Grow & Excel
Circle K Stores Inc.
Circle K Stores Inc. in Las Cruces, NM is seeking a full-time, hands-on manager to oversee daily operations, staff development, and customer service excellence. The role combines leadership, training, scheduling and financial oversight to ensure a clean, well-stocked site that meets company standards.
You will manage CSR/ASM responsibilities, supervise inventory and cash controls, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers while fostering a safe, welcoming community presence.
