Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
- Valid and current state licensure as a School Social Worker
- Previous experience working within school settings strongly preferred
- Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including educators and counselors
- Strong communication, organizational, and advocacy skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ social, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
- Provide individual and group counseling tailored to student needs
- Serve as a liaison between home, school, and community resources
- Collaborate with staff to address barriers to student success
- Champion equity and access for all learners
