The Customer Service/Dispatch Assistant plays a vital role within a busy courier company by supporting customer inquiries and managing order and dispatch efficiently. This position involves attention to detail , exceptional phone etiquette,

and resolving issues promptly using specialized dispatch software. No travel is required for this role, making it ideal for candidates who excel in multitasking and communication within a small team environment

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive customer support and address inquiries effectively
• Manage order dispatching and coordinate delivery and driver schedules
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain detailed records
• Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and management
• Resolve problems efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate tasks within a small customer service/dispatch team
• Utilize dispatch software and standard office tools to streamline operations

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in customer service or dispatch roles
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
• Experience with data entry and time management
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a small team
