Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Agent to serve as a welcoming first point of contact for customers, visitors, and guests. This role combines customer service, communication, and administrative support and is ideal for someone who enjoys creating positive experiences while helping daily operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
Welcome customers, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer questions and provide information about products and services.
Respond to routine inquiries and direct customers to the appropriate team members.
Answer and direct incoming calls and messages.
Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area.
Assist with customer check-ins, requests, and follow-ups as needed.
Maintain organized customer and visitor information.
Support general administrative and customer service activities.
Communicate customer needs and requests to appropriate team members.
Help create a positive and professional customer experience.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail.
Customer-focused attitude.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
Previous front desk, receptionist, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
