What we are looking for Metro's Speech Department continues to grow and we are looking for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist. Strong Clinical Fellow applicants with experience in treating adults and dysphagia are encouraged to apply. You will get a wide variety of experience with mentorship in place. Caseload demographics include: Aphasia, Dysphagia, Pediatrics, TBI, Voice, Cognitive Communication Disorders, AAC use, etc. Metro is looking for a motivated, compassionate, forward-thinking Speech Therapist who excels at assessing patients’ strengths and weaknesses and devising creative but effective treatment plans. We’re looking for flexible and all-in teammates who are excited by the opportunity to take on emerging challenges. Qualifications Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of New York or eligible for CF Evaluates a patient's need for speech therapy and develops an appropriate treatment plan. Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy and professional standards of care.
