Dance Teachers Needed Tuesday, Wednesday

About the Position A growing music school with two locations is seeking qualified Dance teachers for school‑site classes on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and other subbing or teaching opportunities that arise. We are looking for enthusiastic dance teachers for children and adults who can make learning fun, with expertise in styles such as hip hop, K‑pop, and toddler dance. Join our team to inspire and engage students of all ages! Instructors will begin as part‑time employees. The starting hourly rate is $35.00 with bonuses for enrollment. Lessons are to be taught on site, in person. We provide dental, telemedicine, accrued sick leave, and professional development workshops. Applicant Requirements Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or greater in a related field. Previous teaching experience is a plus. The ability to teach to the individual while still meeting set goals for each student. Good people skills: works well with both children and adults, and enjoys building client relationships. Timely & reliable: we are not looking for musicians who regularly take time off to travel and record. Consistency in lessons is important to student growth and success. Good time‑management skills. A positive attitude during instruction: the ability to encourage and motivate students to work through weak areas and build upon their strengths. The desire to collaborate with a team to create a high‑quality, yet fun, music education environment. Must love teaching—the desire to make teaching your career is a big plus.
