The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Quality Technicians.
- Ensure compliance with all quality standards, regulations, and customer specifications.
- Manage and conduct internal audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
- Analyze quality data and trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management) or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment.
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead role.
- Strong understanding and practical application of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, 8D).
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
- Experience with ISO 9001:2015 implementation or auditing
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
- ASQ Certified Quality Supervisor (CQS) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
