Job Details

• Hospital-based rehab therapy department setting,
• Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM,

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in physical therapy,
• Active PT license required if applicable,
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months,

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility,
• Local candidates will not be considered,
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration; Canadian SSNs are not accepted,
