Manager Supply Chain Strategy and Performance

Job Summary The Manager of Supply Chain Strategy & Performance accelerates enterprise priorities through optimizing performance, leveraging data to drive decisions, and implementing high-impact initiatives. This role partners with clinical, operational, and financial leadership to achieve measurable results in cost management, operational efficiency, supplier performance, and service excellence. This leader drives strategic programs such as supply chain performance management, sustainability, and the organization’s Small and Emerging Business Program, securing alignment with organizational priorities, regulatory requirements, and community goals. The position serves as a central integrator across sourcing, procurement, contracting, and operational stakeholders, positioning the supply chain as a strategic business partner. This leader partners with P2P leadership to align processes and drive end-to-end process optimization from a strategy and performance perspective.
