Bilingual Scheduler- Home Health Office

?nin Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Bilingual Office Assistant to support a busy home health office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others, and is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls professionally
Confirm and reschedule patient appointments (50+ calls/day)
Maintain accurate call logs and scheduling records
Send email notifications to staff regarding appointment changes
Perform data entry and maintain organized patient files
Support office operations
Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish

Skills and Experience:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
12 years of office or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in computer systems
Ability to multitask and work independently
Experience in healthcare or staffing is a plus
