Part Time. Temp to Hire.

Schedule is Thursday/Friday 4pm to 8pm and Saturday/Sunday 10 am to 3pm.

This position is at various retail store locations.

Job Summary:

• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
• Identify potential leads for the sales team.
• Identify customers needs and preferences through active listening.
• Generate leads by initiating conversations and capturing customer information.
• Maintain a positive and inviting atmosphere in the store.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Customer service experience
• Sales experience preferred
• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving lead generation targets.
• Must be able to stand and walk around for the duration of the entire shift.
