Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Rubber Injection Molding Associate to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate injection molding equipment to produce high-quality rubber components according to customer specifications while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate rubber injection molding equipment to manufacture parts to customer specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects
- Troubleshoot molding issues and make adjustments to ensure product quality
- Clean and prepare equipment between production runs according to company standards
- Count, sort, and package finished products
- Follow all written work instructions, production schedules, and verbal directions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety and quality procedures
Requirements:
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for 10+ hours per shift
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds on a regular basis
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot basic molding defects
- Ability to accurately count, sort, and complete production documentation
- Previous manufacturing or injection molding experience is preferred but not required
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance
