Job Responsibilities:Lead the overall QA strategy, planning, and execution for the EHR SaaS implementation.Develop and maintain QA governance, testing approach, schedules, and resource plans.Serve as the primary QA point of contact for program leadership, IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.Provide regular reporting on testing status, risks, metrics, and defects to project management and stakeholders.Ensure defects and issues are tracked, prioritized, resolved, retested, and validated before deployment.Lead validation testing for data migration and conversion from legacy EHR and ancillary systems. Validate patient, clinical, pharmacy, billing, and historical records for accuracy, completeness, and reconciliationReview and test ETL processes, data mapping documents, validation rules, and reconciliation reportsConduct pre-load and post-load validation, record counts, field-level verification, and exception analysis.Coordinate testing of interfaces, inbound/outbound data feeds, and downstream reporting impactsLead functional testing across EHR modules, including clinical, scheduling, orders, medications, documentation, and billing.Validate end-to-end workflows across user roles, including clinicians, nurses, pharmacy, registration, and administrative staff.Ensure workflows align with business, clinical, and regulatory requirementsExecute and oversee system testing, integration testing, regression testing, and UAT supportEnsure SaaS configuration changes and vendor releases are fully testedPartner with business and clinical SMEs to prepare UAT scenarios and test casesSupport and guide UAT execution, defect triage, and sign-off activities. Create and maintain test plans, test cases, traceability matrices, and test evidenceTrack defects and test execution using testing tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, ALM, Jira)Support manual and automated testing approaches where applicableEnsure documentation meets audit, compliance, and project delivery standardsRequired Skills & Experience:11+ years of experience in QA/Test Lead or QA/Test Manager roles11+ years of hands-on experience with data validation, data migration, and ETL testing.11+ years of experience leading functional testing across EHR modules, including clinical, scheduling, orders, medications, documentation, and billing, with validation of end-to-end workflows across clinical and administrative roles.11+ years of experience leading validation testing for data migration and conversion from legacy EHR and ancillary systems, including validation of patient, clinical, pharmacy, billing, and historical records for accuracy, completeness, and reconciliation.11+ years of experience in coordinating testing of interfaces, inbound/outbound data feeds, and downstream reporting impacts.11+ years of experience creating and maintaining test plans, test cases, traceability matrices, and test evidence.11+ years of strong functional testing experience with EHR or healthcare SaaS platforms.11+ years of experience coordinating testing activities with vendors and multidisciplinary teams.11+ years of experience in creating and maintain test plans, test cases, traceability matrices, and test evidence11+ years of proficiency with test management tools such as Azure DevOps, ALM, or Jira.11+ years of experience working in Agile and/or hybrid delivery environments.Preferred Skills & Experience:8+ years of prior experience with EHR implementations (clinical, pharmacy, billing workflows)6+ years of knowledge of healthcare data standards such as HL7, FHIR, CCD/A, ICD, and CPT, as applicable.6+ years of understanding of HIPAA, privacy, security, and government healthcare compliance requirements.Experience supporting state or public sector healthcare systems.Education Required:Bachelors Degree Required AgreeYa is a global systems integrator delivering competitive advantage for its customers through software, solutions, and services.
