Job Title: Contact Center Representative Department: Record Retrieval, Contact Center Hourly Rate: $13-$14/hr Shift Hours: 08:00 am to 05:00 pm, including break Job Type: Long-term Seasonal role (6+ months) Eligibility: Applicants must be eligible to work and perform their job responsibilities within the United States. Equipment & Internet: Candidates must have their own Windows-based system or laptop to perform this role, along with possessing high-speed internet with an Ethernet connection. Key Responsibilities Remote Support: Provide crucial support from home with comprehensive paid training and continuous coaching to empower you with industry knowledge and confidence. Verification & Follow-Up: Manage day-to-day verification and follow-up calls with healthcare providers to collect patient records. Also responsible for scheduling appointments with providers for record collection and retrieval. Issue Resolution: Thrive in a work‑from‑home environment by resolving issues efficiently through phone and electronic communication. Flexibility & Adaptability: Ability to adapt to and follow additional instructions based on evolving project and business needs as required. Professionalism: Maintain a professional attitude while showcasing strong interpersonal skills, an outgoing personality, and a customer and team‑focused approach. Productivity Tools: Swiftly utilize MS Office tools to streamline tasks and enhance productivity. Call Volume Management: Handle a high volume of outgoing calls effectively. Qualifications Experience: Ideally, possess 1+ years of call center experience, showcasing adaptability and problem‑solving skills. Bilingual: The ideal candidate must be bilingual, with fluency in both Spanish and English. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with healthcare providers. Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with healthcare professionals. Training Availability: Availability to be on video during the training period. Additional Requirements Attendance & Punctuality: Consistent attendance and punctuality are crucial for performing the role efficiently.
