Be part of the management team at All Star Lanes Baton Rouge as a full-time Food and Beverage Manager overseeing daily snack bar and beverage service in a high-traffic venue. Reporting to the General Manager, this role provides primarily supervisory leadership while offering hands-on service support during peak periods and coordinating daily with bowling and event operations. The position offers opportunities for growth into expanded venue management. Compensation includes bi-weekly salary, quarterly bonus opportunities, paid time off and health, vision and dental insurance covered 100%.

 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily snack bar and beverage service operations.
  • Schedule staff and supervise team performance.
  • Manage inventory, vendors, and operating costs.
  • Coordinate daily with bowling and event operations.
  • Maintain food quality and service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health and food safety requirements.
  • Provide guest service and resolve customer concerns.
  • Support hands-on service during peak periods.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in food and beverage management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Food safety management knowledge or certification.
  • Experience with inventory management, labor scheduling, and cost control.
  • Skills in staff training, customer service, and team leadership.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
