Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of one year recent experience in an Emergency Room (ER) setting
• Proficient clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS or TNCC a plus
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and prioritize in high-stress moments

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive, high-quality nursing care for diverse ER patient populations
• Conduct rapid assessments, triage patients, and implement timely interventions
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document all care provided accurately
• Collaborate closely with physicians, care teams, and families to ensure patient needs are met
• Respond confidently and efficiently to urgent and emergent situations
• Educate patients and families about treatments, follow-up, and discharge instructions
• Uphold safety guidelines and infection control protocols at all times

$3,225 - $3,400/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
