Company Description Holistic Performance Consulting is both a clinical private practice and a mental performance consulting group focused on developing mental skills for individuals and teams in high-pressure environments. The organization supports athletes, coaches, corporate executives, sales professionals, musicians, first responders, and others who seek to maximize performance while protecting their well-being. By integrating performance psychology with practical tools, HPC helps clients improve their quality of life and raise their capacity for success.

Role Description This is a paid part-time job for the summer with the expected duration of employment to start on Monday June 15th and concluding on Friday August 31st. The new hire will assist in projects related to current consulting programs, company expansion, social media consulting, research and development, and more. Preference will be given to candidates who are confidently well-versed with social media and the use of AI tools for business, marketing, and overall improvement of the company.

Qualifications

• Interest in Psychology, Performance Psychology, Athletic Counseling, Sport Psychology, or a related field.
• Educational background in Psychology, Counseling, Business, Marketing, and/or Finance.
• Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency and experience utilizing AI tools for creative purposes.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate professionalism, and interact respectfully with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and take initiative on projects with appropriate guidance.
