Step into a contract opportunity assisting students in grades 6 through 12 as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist. This position runs through the end of the first semester and offers a rewarding chance to make a direct impact on student communication and learning outcomes. With a 37.5-hour workweek, you'll work collaboratively with educators, administrators, and families to deliver high-quality speech and language services.

What we're seeking:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure or eligibility as an SLP
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Ability to effectively manage a 6th to 12th grade caseload
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Dedication to supporting diverse student needs and IEP processes

Key responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor student progress and provide ongoing documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise for student planning
• Offer guidance and education to school staff on speech and language development
