You seem to have superpowers because you know how (or can easily learn how) to diagnose and fix pretty much anything - electrical, plumbing, HVAC, gas, appliance, structural, lighting, and security systems. REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or equivalent required. The hiring range for Apartment Maintenance Manager is $29.96-$37.47/hr based on experience and certificates. Overtime and bonus pay are also available. This position is eligible for HHHunt’s benefits to include, health insurance, vacation, sick leave and 401K. HHHunt offers a 25% taxable rental discount if you lease an HHHunt apartment.
