On-Site Apartment Maintenance Manager

AIR Communities in Raleigh, NC, is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at our community. You will oversee vendor relationships, preventive maintenance, and resident service requests while driving quality and safety standards. We offer a competitive pay range of $75,000–$85,000 with a 15% target bonus, plus monthly CSAT bonuses up to $250 and an on-site apartment discount.
