CNC Machinist
Our client is seeking multiple skilled CNC Machinists to set up, operate, and maintain CNC equipment to produce precision parts according to specifications. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with CNC programming, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate manual and CNC equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
- Program using G-code (as required)
- Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for each job
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to ensure quality and accuracy
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate production and inspection records
- Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role
- Strong understanding of CNC machining principles and processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Experience with precision measurement tools
