Payroll Manager

A global multi‑strategy investment firm is seeking to hire an International Payroll Manager. Job Description The Human Resources department is seeking an International Payroll Manager to join the Total Reward team. This individual should have experience processing and overseeing payroll across AMEA and APAC using global payroll and HCM systems. Workday and CloudPay experience is strongly preferred. This individual should have strong analytic, problem‑solving, customer‑services, and time‑management skills with the ability to pivot between tasks and priorities. Responsibilities Manage monthly end‑to‑end payroll processing for approximately 400 employees across 8 entities throughout AMEA and APAC. Process bonus payrolls and off‑cycle payments as needed. Review payroll inputs, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, stipends, benefits, leaves of absence, and statutory deductions for accuracy and completeness. Validate payroll reports, funding requests, bank files, and post‑payroll reconciliations. Complete monthly payroll funding estimate files for Finance. Maintain and update payroll calendars across applicable countries and entities. Serve as a key point of contact for international payroll inquiries. Serve as a backup to the U.S. Payroll Manager as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of payroll experience, including international or multi‑country payroll processing. #J-18808-Ljbffr Coda Search│Staffing
