Will Call Associate

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (On-Site)

We're looking for a friendly, dependable Will Call Associate to join our team! In this customer-facing role, you'll help customers pick up their orders, provide exceptional service, assist with order inquiries, and support warehouse operations. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Assist customers with order pickups and provide outstanding service
Answer customer questions and help resolve order concerns
Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas
Use pallet jacks and forklifts to safely move and retrieve orders
Support customer communications by phone and email
Help unload deliveries and keep the work area clean and safe
Follow all company safety procedures and policies

What We're Looking For:

Fluent in English and Spanish preferred
Previous customer service or customer experience background
Forklift certification (or ability to become certified)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Basic computer skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a warehouse environment
High school diploma or GED preferred
