Job Title: Lab Technician (Sensory)

**Pay Rate: $24.00/hr on w2 with Select Source International**

Location: 250 Plainsboro Rd, Plainsboro NJ 08536

Duration: 04-month contract

Shift Hours: 1st shift M-F 8-4pm

Job Description:

Education: High School diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred

3. People oriented

Additional physical fit test required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare samples for sensory studies and run panels by meticulously following protocols and instructions

• Accomplish retention and recruitment of panellists via online surveys, website, etc.

• Maintain a well-organized laboratory and inventory, document procedures

• Assist with panel proctoring

• Responsible for breakdown of testing and cleanup of testing materials

• Attention to detail a must, familiarity with lab procedures a plus

• Responsible for cleaning fabrics used in testing in on-site laundry room

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• At least 1+ year of lab experience strongly preferred

• General knowledge of sensory science preferred

• Candidate will need to be able to lift to 30lbs

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
