ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2018 and currently lead a close-knit team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I built my career in the health and fitness industry, including experience managing a health club. I also have a strong athletic background, having played college football at both Georgia Tech and Alabama State. Those experiences helped shape the teamwork, discipline, and positive energy I bring to the agency today.

Giving back is important to me and our team. We stay active in the local community, support area food banks, and I serve on the board of a charitable organization that supports a Chicago children’s hospital.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Freddie Crenshaw - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
